The method of payment must be specified when booking:

• Cash upon receipt
• Bank transaction
• By credit card when picking up the car
• With credit, debit, and prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, and Diners.
• Masterpass

• The vehicle must be returned with the same amount of fuel it was with upon receipt.

• All fines and administrative penalties are imposed on the Lessee.

• The rental price includes insurance – “C.D.W”:
• The amount of liability for damage from 400 euros to 3000 euros, depending on the car category, plus VAT (24%).
• Full CASCO – “F.D.W” (paid separately):
• The amount of liability for damage to the car is reduced to zero or to a greater extent limits the amount of liability for damage to the car.

The following is not an insured event and all responsibility lies with the car renter:

• damage during transportation of the vehicle on a ship or platform
• if it is established that the driver was under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• in case of damage caused when driving on non-paved roads
• in case of damage to the underbody, rims, tires, tires, mirrors, antenna, and glass
• in case of loss of personal belongings inside the car
• in the event of an accident that occurred while driving a car by a driver not registered in the lease agreement
• in case of loss or damage of the car key
• in case of loss or damage of additional equipment

• If the booking is canceled less than 20 days before the rental, the payment amount is 20% of the car rental amount.

• All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Alpha e-Commerce” of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
